1. About Us

This website is operated by Refill Store Ltd, company number 17241607.

Our contact and returns address is 20 Watkin Lane, Lostock Hall, Preston, PR5 5RD.

These terms cover purchases of goods through our website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

2. Products and Compatibility

Please check the product description and compatible printer models before ordering. Contact us if you need help choosing a cartridge.

Products described as compatible or remanufactured are third-party alternatives to original manufacturer cartridges. Manufacturer names and references identify compatibility and do not imply endorsement.

Print yield varies with the documents printed, printer settings and cleaning cycles. If a cartridge supplied by us does not work as described, please contact us for assistance.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Refill Store Ltd is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT.

Any delivery charge and the total payable are displayed before payment. Available payment options are shown at checkout.

If we discover a pricing error or cannot supply an item, we will contact you to explain the options. Any payment for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded.

4. Delivery

Standard UK delivery costs £4.65 for orders below £10 and is free for orders of £10 or more. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands or overseas.

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday the same working day, excluding bank holidays.

Please contact us if your order is delayed, missing or damaged in transit. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

5. Cancelling an Online Goods Order

If you buy as a consumer, you can normally cancel without giving a reason from the time you order until 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by email, telephone or post using the contact details above. Include your name and order number if available. You do not need our permission to exercise this right.

Return the goods to our returns address within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Installing or using an ink cartridge may reduce its value.

The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Your rights if goods are faulty remain unaffected.

6. Cancellation Refunds

When you cancel a complete order under these rights, we refund the goods and any standard outbound delivery charge paid. Additional charges for a delivery upgrade are not refundable.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee.

7. Faulty, Incorrect or Misdescribed Goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is wrong, contact us with your order details, printer model and any error message.

Your legal remedies may include a refund, repair or replacement. These rights are separate from change-of-mind returns and are not removed because a cartridge has been opened or used to discover a fault.

We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Please contact us so we can arrange a suitable return method.

8. Optional Cancellation Form

You can use the following wording, but any clear cancellation statement is acceptable:

9. Website Use and Content

Please do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or use it unlawfully.

Website content belongs to Refill Store Ltd or its respective owners. Please obtain permission before reproducing protected text, images or logos.
