Common printer problems

• Faded or streaky prints: Run a print head clean and check ink or toner levels.
• Printer not recognising cartridge: Remove the cartridge, gently clean the chip, and reinstall firmly.
• Paper jams: Remove all paper, check for small torn pieces, and reload with fresh paper.

Ink & toner compatibility

If you’re unsure which cartridges fit your printer, you can:

• Search by printer model on our website.
• Check your old cartridge for the model number.
• Contact us with your printer brand and model and we’ll confirm the right product.
