Normal Service
Royal Mail Tracked 24-hour Delivery is included in all displayed prices.
We deliver to UK addresses only by Royal Mail delivery options.
We wish to be very open about the use of the term “Free Delivery”. This simply means no delivery fee is added at our checkout and the prices you see are what you pay as you add products to the basket. The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery is included, not an additional fee at our checkout unless you wish to upgrade to a faster delivery service. *Excludes Channel Islands.*
Royal Mail Delivery Times
Royal Mail quote the following delivery time for the service we offer:
- Royal Mail 24 Hour & Tracked – Delivery aim of next working day including Saturdays (Please note that Tracked 24-hour is not a guaranteed next day delivery service.)
- Do allow extra delivery time during busy periods such as Bank Holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday & Christmas periods.
- Our daily dispatch cut off is 4 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4 pm will be sent next working day.
- Please allow additional time during periods of bad weather and other transport disruptions.
Missing or Delayed Parcels
Occasionally there are delays within the postal system. Although delays are rare, if your package has not arrived within the allotted time period, please allow 10 days for your order to arrive before contacting us, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.
Unfortunately, we cannot take up an issue with Royal Mail until 10 working days have elapsed. We have little control over your order once it leaves our warehouse. After the 10 days have elapsed please contact us within 30 days of your order date to allow us to reprocess and investigate your order. Orders that are outside of the 30 day period cannot be claimed.
If you have filed a claim for lost in post and order not received we may ask you to fill in a “Confirmation of Non-Receipt of Goods” form. This will help us investigate further for your parcel and deal with the authorities in helping to locate your parcel with the posting authorities, security or police.
Dispatch Times
We dispatch Monday to Friday with a daily cut off at 4 pm, meaning we aim to dispatch all orders received before 4 pm the same day.
